Product Packaging
Packing is one of the most important procedure for the
companies that are manufacturing a product. Khan Match (PVT) Ltd. is also
working very hard in this department to provide the best quality safety
matches to their valuable customers. The packing procedure of Khan Match
is distributed into different categories. There are diffeent sections
where the Packing Process takes place.
Splint Section
First of all the Raw material is transferred into the form of match sticks. The large machinary is used for this process and the energatic man power is working for this process.
Simplex Section
When the wood is converted into the small sticks, then it approaches to the process where these sticks are send to the unit for the chemical. this chemical is of the quality to satisfy the needs of the customers. then these sticks are chesked for the quality to send to the packing.
Box Filling Section
As the name reffers, the Box Filling Section is responsible
for the filling of matches sticks into the boxes. the boxes are send to
this department from the Die-Sutting Section where the sheets are transferred
into the match box form.these match sticks are inspected by the export
manager and then they are filled into the boxes.
Packing Sizes
From the size point of view, there are two types of packings. One is the "Regular Size" and the other is the "Super Size"
Regular Size Description:
A Single match box contains approximately 40 to 45 wooden sticks. these small match boxes are then packed into different celophane bags. the regular size contains 10 match boxes in a single pack. And then by combining 10 packs, they make a bundle and a bundle contains 100 match boxes. Finally the 10's bundle is packed in a carton of 1000 match boxes. the size of the regular match box is:
Size of Match Box = 51 X 35 X 14.5 mm
Average Wooden Sticks Per Match Box = 40-45 Nos
Size of Match Stick = 2. 2 x 2. 2 x 43 mm
Packing = 10X10X10 (1000) Match Boxes per Carton
Super Size Description:
A Single match box contains approximately 60 to 65 wooden sticks. these match boxes are then packed into different Polythene bags. the Super size contains 10 match boxes in a single pack. And then by combining 10 packs, they make a bundle and a bundle contains 50 match boxes. Finally the 10's bundle is packed in a carton of 500 match boxes. the size of the Super match box is:
Size of Match Box = 61 X 45 X 15 mm
Average Wooden Sticks per Match box = 60-65 Nos
size Of Match Stick = 2.4 x 2.4 x 44 mm
Packing = 10X10X5 (500) Match Boxes per Carton
